Booth Management

To log into the booth to make edits

  1. Access the homepage of the conference website
  2. Click on ‘Login’ on the main navigation bar of the website.
  3. Use your OpenWater account credentials to login to the platform.
  4. Navigate to ‘My Account’ on the main navigation bar of the website and select-
    1. ‘Complete’ if you have already submitted your booth and would like to make any edits/ additions to the data submitted.
    2. Incomplete’ if you are yet to submit your booth and would like to get back to your submission form.


Important notes-

  • Make sure to hit ‘Save’/ ’Save and Finalize’ after making edits to the data submission form.
  • You can view what your booth looks like if you have been given access to it. Please reach out to the conference organizers for more information on this.
